Airship Northstar is a full weekend celebration of steampunk created by Impossible Gears, the slightly bonkers creators of Steamtown 2015. It is set in the incredible and unique Ford and Etal Estate in beautiful Northumberland – and features music, laughter, food, drink, jetpack racing, tea dueling, teapot racing, camping (for those that do) and general merriment of many sorts – plus a number of attractions and activities unique to the historic and incredibly pretty estate.
The Ford and Etal Estate is made up of distinct locations, Ford Village, Etal Village and Heatherslaw, all nestled in the valley of the river Till, and all within easy walking distance…we’ll be based at a central hub area with a full stage set-up, big steampunk market and food and drink stalls – along with a few special guests!
There is ample cheap camping on site, as well as a mix of B&B, Guest Houses and Hotels in the immediate and wider area!
