Ingimar Oddsson started his music carrier in the 80’s when his band Jó-jó won the national youth competition of Iceland 1988. Since then he sung with many bands, mostly metal cover bands until 1993 he started studying classical music and sung with the Icelandic opera choir for three years.
Coming home from education in Denmark 1995 Ingimar published his first musical “Lindindin” which was performed at the Icelandic opera house.
After a few year break from music Ingimar had fallen in love with Steampunk and started writing music and books, designing clothes and furniture.
His book “Bildalian chronicles” was published 2013 and the first Steampunk Iceland festival in 2014 was continued to the 2015
Ingimar Oddsson is the founder of “Bildalia” the fictional kingdom at the end of the world. Bildalia is the playground for the annual Steampunk festival. Steampunk Iceland 2016 has already been fastened to date June 20 – 26 https://www.facebook.com/events/237000819964225/
